Andrea is a third year English and Psychology double major at UCSB. She's had a slew of odd end jobs ranging from the usual of retail and office work, to being an oil painting model, taking notes for business association meetings, farm work, a Santa photographer (without the elf costume, thank god), and whatever else comes her way. As long as there is some money to fund her latest interest or adventure or appetite, she'll be content. Otherwise, she is a wanderer who loves travel, photography, reading, writing, excursions into nature, dance, the luxury of a down blanket, and some super smash bros with the girls. Her upcoming plans include working like a slave for the entire summer and taking Fall quarter off to backpack around Europe sans hoards of tourists, with her boyfriend as her fellow adventurer. Traveling to the sublime natural parks of California and down to the lush landscape of Costa Rica, Peru, and Argentina, has invoked in her a passion for travel and exploration of various cultures. She aspires to inspire and be inspired in return. Some of her favorite literary works include: White Oldeander, Catcher in the Rye, Fight Club, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Animal Dreams, The Great Gatsby, and the list is forever growing and changing.
